Mint 2016 Evolutions prerelease stamped Staff Charizard auto sketch mitsuhiro Arita. Contains an error misprint label indicating kouki saitou as the authentic signature. PSA mislabel misprint, but mitsuhiro Arita actually signed this. PSA also forgot to grade the card, which is mint PSA 10 candidate. Cool card pop 1 as a result. Charizard Sketch auto and not personalized. A true gem
